You may view pipelines with diameter of DN50-2400mm via ROTEKSAN  CCTV channel imaging systems.ROTEKSAN camera robots are manufactured in two different ways, with/without dump.You can take MPEG format net pictures by high resolution camera system. They are all recorded and reported.

You can take 360 degree picture of the application field by the moving camera head.t measures the slope of the pipeline, record it and print out as a graphic.It measures the distance in the pipelines and take a record.Observe back camera ( optional )It detects the malfunction point with the high resolution camera FOCUS and ZOOM features.RTS/Sorf 1,0 software is used in the system.It is resistent to the corrosive effects of the waste materials in the pipelines by the help of its stainless steel stem structure. It is resistent to bad and strong impacts.Stainless steel stem protects the printed circuit boards and mechanical structures within the robots.EPDM silicon gaskets provide impermeability.

RTS/Soft 1,0 software has both Turkish and English language options.The robots can easily manoeuvre and make energy transmission with data by the help of special dsign standard 200-600 metres (optional) cable system.The location of the robots in the pipelines can be determined from outside.  By this way, we can detect the lacking chimney point easily. (Optional)Temperature and pressure values can be controlled from the remote control system (Optional) Camera robots can adapt to the changes on the pipelines easily by its own special design dump structure and different dimensioned wheels.

Repair and maintenance period is maximum 3 days for ROTEKSAN camera robots. A new product will be provided to the customers free of charge if 3 days is exceeded.It  prevents lacking of time and work in your business.The system is mounted within 2-3 days in the application field. All types of spare part and service is provided to our customers quickly and economically.
